I spent an afternoon enjoying the Festival of Saint Peter and its accompanying music, processions, and flotillas, then finished the day off by enjoying a pastel de jaiba.

I'm unhappy that my tax dollars are going to fund this vomit-inducing video. I'm even more unhappy that Barney Laura decided not to include my favorite ornament in the decorations. Sharples has taken holiday festivities to a new level this year with a family of animatronic carolers.  Some of my fellow students may think the new additions are creepy/demonic/soul-sucking, but I will frankly be sad if they don’t make a return appearance next year.
