The Swat Fit

The Swat Fit, a compilation of my posts about Swarthmore, is listed as a Swarthmore Blog by the Admissions Department

I am currently a junior at Swarthmore College, one of the nation’s top liberal arts colleges, double majoring in urban studies and engineering.  I chose to enroll here because the atmosphere is nearly perfect for me.  There is a spirit here that I think is best summed up in this article; people are weird in their own ways but deeply committed to making a positive impact in the world.

Swarthmore definitely keeps me busy, among other things, as a Lang Opportunity Scholar, coordinator for the Writing Associates Program, Tri-College Institute Student Resource Person, director of the student party/event audio team, intern for the Intercultural Center, and member of the choir at the Episcopal Church across the street.  A list of classes I’ve taken is available here.
