Summer Recap: Overview

Sunset from the Charter Oak Bridge

This evening, I arrived at Bryn Mawr College for the Tri-College Summer Institute: Seminars in Race, Class, and Gender.  This is a pre-orientation program for students entering Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Swarthmore Colleges.  This is my second year working as a Student Resource Person (SRP) for the program, and I consider my arrival here on campus to be the official end of my summer.  It was a great summer, with time spent in New York, Boston, Chicago, Ohio, Irvine, and the Sierras.  Over the next few days, I’ll be posting entries reviewing the highlights of my summer…
